DONATION POLICIES & REFUNDS
Contributions to Perfect World are entirely optional and voluntary, enhancing rather than necessary for the complete experience. Upon donation, funds are promptly credited to your account and are non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable if virtual coins remain unused by the user. Any utilization of virtual coins precludes refund eligibility, as it confers an immediate advantage to the user over others.CHARGEBACKS
Any attempts to reverse donation will be met with an automatic and immediate permanent ban. All accounts belonging to this person will be permanently banned by hardware and IP address. Our accounting team always contests each and every chargeback and has an incredibly high success rate. All those players who abuse chargebacks, cheat and mislead the PayPal system will be blacklisted from this server and will never be able to play on any future servers the InfernalPW team may create, until they return the amount of the approved PayPal chargeback. Refunds will not be granted in the event of server rules violations or dissatisfaction with services.ITEM EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT
No exchanges or replacements will be provided for dissatisfaction with purchased items from the Boutique / Shop, even with proof of donation. The Boutique / Shop provides comprehensive previews of all items, circumventing the need for exchanges. Exceptions to this policy are made only in instances of our error, such as inconsistencies in purchased items or descriptions, or developmental issues. We cannot guarantee that the server will meet your needs and desires. Content updates are released at our discretion, and we are not obligated to any specific expectations or demands.
